We arrived here for a meal post-relaxation at the Desert Reef Hot Springs. My craving for chips and salsa was satisfied by their delicious, freshly fried tortillas and decent salsa. I was delighted to find ground beef crunchy tacos on the menu, which paired perfectly with the rice and refried beans. The atmosphere was mellow, and the service was quick. The overall value for the price was excellent.
Excellent service! I had the Colorado burrito dinner and this is hands down the best tasting melt in your mouth chili Colorado I have ever had the opportunity to eat. Together with the beans rice and cheese it’s the ultimate fiesta and don’t forget the Grande margarita to wash it all down!
I love this small business owner. We've known each other professionally since about 2016 via equine interactions down in Canon City. She is one of the kindest business owners I've ever met. I'm a veteran and been to a lot of places and poor bus8nesses. This gal is very humble. I hadn't seen her in years. I loved seeing her today providing excellent customer service and waitressing. The food was amazing, better than most Mexican restaurants in Pueblo, plus the customer service is superb. I ordered Chile Relleno....excellent! Great service and fresh flavor. I tried the dinner plate and chose my own two dishes - chili relleno & beef chimichanga. The plate comes with flavorful rice and beans. Their salsa served with tortilla chips is spiced perfectly!!
